As a proud military veteran, Jud served in the elite and legendary 1st Ranger Battalion of the 75th Ranger Regiment. This experience instilled in him a strong work ethic, discipline, and the ability to thrive under pressure—qualities that have shaped is leadership style and professional success. With skills honed during his service as an Army Ranger, Jud has become a leader in the home improvement sector driven by his passion for innovation, team building, and operational excellence.


With a professional career spanning over two decades, Jud is recognized for driving new levels of attention for complete customer satisfaction based on his development and implementation of standard operations protocols and installation protocols that separates and elevates Patriots’ Pride above all competitors. As mentioned earlier, and now for Patriots’ Pride franchisees, Jud is driven by a passion for driving innovation, operational excellence, team building, including fostering opportunities for long-term business success.

Rutger Conradi

Chief Operating Officer

Rutger is a seasoned leader in the window replacement industry, boasting over 22 years of experience. His extensive background encompasses a diverse range of roles, from sales and project management to executive leadership. Throughout his career, Rutger has been instrumental in driving innovation and efficiency within the industry, consistently pushing for high standards in product quality and customer service. Known for his strategic vision and ability to foster strong team dynamics, Rutger has led numerous successful projects that have transformed the operational landscape of window replacement services. His commitment to sustainability and energy efficiency has positioned him as a forward-thinking advocate for eco-friendly building practices.


Rutger's expertise extends beyond operations; he is also a passionate mentor, dedicated to developing the next generation of leaders in the industry. Gary Miller

Director of Franchise Development

Gary has served as our Director of Franchise Development since September, 2024. Prior to that, he was the Founder & CEO of American Franchise Consultants, LLC. He is the only individual in the national franchise consulting industry who has personally taken three companies from initial business concept, through their start-up and growth, then successfully franchising each.



As a previous franchisor with over 30 years’ experience, Gary brings an unequaled depth of knowledge and understanding of the franchise industry to Patriot’s Pride Franchising, LLC. One of his many roles is to help guide the company with our infrastructure growth, ensuring our support staff for franchisees’ is second to none.



Kimberly Simpson

Manager of Franchisee Relations

Kimberly plays a critical role with communication between franchisees and your corporate support staff members. She has been instrumental in successfully managing the customer support relationships between Patriots’ Pride Windows’ customers, management, and product installation teams. Her wealth of experience, effervescent personality, along with her focus on excellence is invaluable. Kimberly now is an incredible resource and “best friend” to Patriot Pride franchisees.
